    Credentialing:
    Typically takes 3 months. Candidates with clean backgrounds may also be approved for temporary privileges in 45-60 days.
    Minimum Requirements for Consideration
    Board Certification in Urology required

    Licensure:
    Open to candidates requiring licensure through Hawaii Medical Board or IMLC for those qualified
