    About the Role:


    • Become an integral part of our team and provide supportive living arrangements for individuals with disabilities in Illinois.


    Responsibilities:


    As a shared living provider, your responsibilities will include maintaining a safe and healthy home environment, providing support with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, budgeting, decision-making etc., and assisting with medication administration. You will also be responsible for supporting overall health and well-being through regular medical appointments, skill acquisition, documentation via web-based case management application (THERAP), community inclusion integration socialization activities compliance with state/agency policy procedures effective communication within team members physical needs transportation services. 



    Possible Responsibilities Depending on Your Preference


    • Your role may involve assistance with bathing toileting feeding behavioral support,  medical protocols seizure fall feeding tube care for someone complex physical/medical needs hearing impaired vision impaired non-ambulatory potential behavior issues
