If so, the Assistant Membership Supervisor at the Center of Clayton (City of Clayton) position may be the job for you The assistant membership supervisor assists in the management of membership and customer service operations for The Center of Clayton, reporting directly to the Membership Supervisor.
Direct oversight Welcome Desk Operations and hires, trains, supervises, schedules and evaluates full-time and part-time staff. Assists the membership supervisor with administration functions of the membership system, responsible for the membership retention program, and responsible for communication with members, including assisting with any issues.
Share in evening and weekend supervisor responsibilities, fills in for shift workers when necessary.
