    About This Role:

    • Respond to a high volume of requests from internal customers via phone, chat, email, or Heat (work order) tickets. Assess each request and take appropriate action within service level agreements while documenting outcomes.
    • Review contracts, validate past transactions, reconcile, and post adjustments on accounts while adhering to accounting principles and procedures.
    • Communicate effectively with internal customers regarding Contract to Cash processes and procedures, providing education and support as needed.
    • Recommend efficiency improvements and implement changes to enhance team performance.
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Process payments, research, and reconcile transactions to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our receivables.
    2. Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
    3. Prepare and maintain user job aids and departmental processes for manager review and approval.
    Requirements:
    Education:
    • High School Diploma
    Experience:
    • At least three years of experience in banking or accounts receivable with a focus on customer service, preferably in a corporate environment.
    • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and problem-solving.
    • Proficiency in SQL or MS Access is a plus.
    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Demonstrate knowledge of basic accounting principles.
    • Display excellent customer service skills.
    • Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet expectations.
    • Accurate math and reconciliation skills.
    • Professional communication skills.
    • Interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust quickly.
    • Proficient database and MS Office suite skills, including Excel.
