    Description

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled Appian Developer to join our team. As an Appian Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing end-to-end features and modules using Appian, a low-code automation platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Appian concepts such as Process Models, Custom Data Types (CDTs), Records, Reports, and Sites, along with proficiency in performance management practices from both the Appian and database side.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Designing and developing features and modules using Appian.
    • Implementing process models, CDTs, records, reports, and sites.
    • Ensuring performance optimization from both Appian and database perspectives.
    • Integrating systems and applications using web APIs.
    • Implementing application user roles and security measures.
    • Hands-on coding and troubleshooting/debugging of applications.
    • Deploying applications in higher environments using both manual and automated approaches.
    • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as an Appian Developer or similar role.
    • Proficiency in Appian development, with Appian certification preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of integration techniques and web APIs.
    • Familiarity with performance management practices in Appian and databases.
    • Experience in deploying applications in various environments.
    • Ability to work efficiently in an Agile development environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
