    Are you a dynamic leader looking to make a difference in healthcare operations? We're seeking a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join our team at a leading multi-specialty practice located in vibrant, Findlay Ohio.     Responsibilities:

    • Assist with strategic plan development and execution.
    • Operationalize projects and evaluate operations through data analysis.
    • Develop and implement programs in collaboration with the Management Committee.
    • Identify and implement key projects for quality improvement and cost reduction.
    • Provide executive leadership for business operations and patient care.
    • Optimize patient experience and resolve complaints.
    • Identify areas for innovation and align goals with the organization's mission.
    • Foster high performance and accountability.
    • Engage with the Board of Directors and ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Target completion of process improvement projects within specified timelines.
    • Coordinate performance improvement initiatives.
    • Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and patient care outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree preferred in nursing, public health, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 7 years in healthcare management with proven leadership and project management skills.
    • Strategic thinker with a track record of successful implementations and process improvements.
    • Experience in fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
