    Primary Responsibilities:
    Supporting the Senior Manager, Marketing

    Collaborate with Merchandising and other departments as needed to ensure accurate ordering and on-time delivery of signage, hardware, and other store needs for store soft and grand openings.

    Support the execution of store grand openings and other company events that may arise.
    Oversight of local email marketing campaigns
    Provide data to and support the maintenance and analysis of the direct mail platform.
    Project coordination thru existing project management system.
    Maintain in-store video and audio content in alignment with promotional events and product messaging.
    Create promotional playbooks and VIP sheets, ensuring all content is accurate and grammatically correct.
    Maintain department shared filing system.
    Update Store Locator pages to include special store hours, store images and promotional information.
    Create process documents or instruction sheets for all the areas this position is responsible for.
    Support activities for community outreach programs and events as needed.
    Record and distribute meeting notes and ensure follow-up tasks are completed.
    Expands job knowledge and business acumen by seeking out and participating in educational opportunities.
    Other tasks as assigned.
    Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing marketing and sales data.
    Create and maintain Marketing post-mortem reports for promotional events, providing analysis to support future marketing strategies.
    In collaboration with the Accounting Department, receives and prepares invoices for payment.


    Position Requirements:

    • B.S. or B.A. from an accredited U.S. college or university preferred
    • Strong Excel skills; Microsoft Office skills
    • Must demonstrate proactive approach to fulfillment of responsibilities and solid work ethic
    • Ability to organize and execute multidimensional projects across departmental lines on time, on budget
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
    • Marketing experience and knowledge of marketing principles and performance metrics and analysis.
    • Ability to work well crossfunctionally with others, including senior executives, to achieve desired goals
