    Requirements:

    Applicants should have experience in acute or ambulatory care settings. Additionally, one year of recent experience in CNA, EMT roles, or nursing school enrollment is required. Previous experience in ED Tech or similar roles is a plus.

    Background/Expertise:

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Prefer candidates with phlebotomy skills and pre-hospital or emergency department experience
    • Ortho splinting experience preferred
    • EMT certification preferred
    • BLS certification from the American Heart Association needed within 90 days

    Core Functions:

    • Follow instructions from the leadership team or Charge RN
    • Assist with basic patient care tasks
    • Prioritize and multitask different patient care assignments
    • Accurately document patient information
    • Collaborate with the care team
    • Perform EKGs regularly
    • Provide 1:1 patient observations
    • Assist in high-pressure situations
