    Chemical Engineer - Bioprocessing Specialist

    Key Responsibilities:
    Design, develop, prototype and optimize bioprocesses involving flow chemistry and enzyme catalysis.
    Conduct experiments to improve process parameters and outcomes.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale up processes from laboratory to production scale.
    Implement and monitor process controls to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory standards.
    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to bioprocessing.
    Prepare technical reports, SOPs, and documentation for regulatory submissions.
    Stay current with advancements in bioprocessing technologies and industry best practices.



    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's + 2 years industry experience, Master's + 1 year industry experience, or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Chemistry, Process Engineering or a related field.

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in bioprocessing, with a focus on flow chemistry and enzyme applications.
    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex processes.
    Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality control standards in the biotechnology industry.

    Preferred

    Qualifications:
    Experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
    Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations.
    Experience with process analytical technology (PAT) and data analysis tools.
