Competitive Pay and Benefits

• Solo Owner Operators: $1.38 CPM (FSC Average 2,500 miles per week)
• Team Owner Operators: $1.45 CPM (FSC Average 5,500 miles per week)
• Empty Miles (Solo & Teams): $.80 CPM (FSC) + $300 Reimbursement for Orientation

About Our Culture and Requirements

We believe that our business is built on relationships, not just trucks. As a small, family-owned company based in Columbus, OH, we prioritize respect and personal connection with our drivers. To join our team, you must:

• Be at least 23 years old with a valid CDL A
• Have 2 years of experience
• Own your own truck (lease purchase available)
• Be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• No more than 3 non-DOT preventable accidents
• No more than 3 minor moving violations in the last 36 months
• No failed drug or alcohol tests
