Are you a strategic thinker who loves bringing structure to complexity and guiding teams toward meaningful measurable outcomes In this role you'll lead multiple large high priority projects and programs that directly support organizational goals across departments portfolios and lines of business Drive strategic alignment by ensuring projects ladder up to the goals of programs portfolios departments and business lines Lead multiple high priority initiatives providing clarity direction and purpose so teams always know what success looks like Define project value goals and ROI partnering with business owners to establish the right success metrics Build maintain detailed project plans reporting ensuring transparency consistency accountability Deliver complex initiatives that create significant business value measurable ROI Ensure accuracy quality through strong business cases process reviews thorough testing validation Create monitor key metrics track performance progress organizational impact Identify trends process improvement opportunities drive efficiencies across projects operations Collaborate managers leaders integrate work streamline operations create cross-functional value Apply best-in-class methodologies Agile Lean Six Sigma etc accelerate delivery maximize outcomes Lead effective change management ensure teams adopt new processes ways working successfully Provide concise timely updates stakeholders leadership Model uphold UPMC core values every action interaction Contribute Operations strategic goals advance divisional system-wide priorities++
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree engineering mathematics statistics health care management related business field required.
- Minimum six years related work experience project management multi-faceted user environment directly managing multiple projects required.
Drive strategic alignment by ensuring projects ladder up to the goals of programs portfolios departments
and
business lines.
Lead multiple high priority initiatives providing clarity direction
and
direction,
purpose so teams always know what success looks like.
