As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of Human Resources. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining a strong HR foundation that ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, while also promoting employee well-being and engagement. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to align HR initiatives with strategic goals.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle both tactical and strategic HR functions, adapting to the evolving needs of the organization.
    • Conduct payroll auditing and processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Oversee benefits administration, including open enrollment processes, and address employee inquiries.
    • Prepare and generate HR reports to aid decision-making and identify trends.
    • Manage workers compensation auditing, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and timely reporting.
    • Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company culture and operations.
    • Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a respectful workplace.
    • Take an active role in recruitment efforts, collaborating with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent.
    • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of state and federal HR laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance.
    • Continuously assess and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with demonstrated progression in responsibilities.
    • Proficiency in payroll processing and auditing.
    • Strong experience in benefits administration and open enrollment processes.
    • Proven expertise in employee onboarding and relations.
    • Familiarity with HR reporting and analytics.
    • Thorough understanding of state and federal HR laws and compliance.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
