    This facility is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.


    Details and requirements for this opportunity:

    • Schedule: Minimum 9 hours per week
    • Practice Setting: telemedicine
    • Types of Cases: Geriatric and Medicaid

    Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days

    • Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Maximus
    • Certifications Required: Must be board certified
    • Licensure Required: New York#DOXFacility Location
