    Description
    ASRC Federal Netcentric Technology, LLC is seeking an Activity Management Analyst to support our contract at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque, NM

    Job Summary:

    • The Activity Management Analyst will support mission critical planning to serve the needs of the organization to help ensure the mission success of Kirtland AFB.
    • Supports the designs, construction, and operation of Air Force facilities at KAFB, locating, developing, and managing the base infrastructure (electric, gas, and water) demands to ensure high mission capability, capacity availability, flexibility, and capital and operational cost efficiency.
    • The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented person with a passion for and interest in helping the team to operate efficiently, effectively, and with enthusiasm for problem identification, solutioning, and process improvement

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Maintain an accurate inventory of all Air Force assets managed by the installation and provide analytic and diagnostic evaluation concerning the value, condition, and functionality of those assets.
    • Chair Activity Management Plans (AMP) meetings, collect timely submittals, and publish meeting minutes.
    • Validate GIS, BUILDER, and other SMS data to ensure accuracy for proper reporting/integration.
    • Integrate AMP requirements and priorities from various stakeholders to produce an approved Base AMP to submit to higher headquarters.
    • Present recommendations for energy and maintenance efficiencies and present Return on Investment analyses.
    • Ensure proper training and support for unit and various on base AMP/Sub-AMP related appointees.
    • Develop and update trackers, reports, and briefings
    Participate in or conduct briefings, meetings, conferences, design charrettes, etc
    involving Activity/Asset Management matters.


    • Works closely with Government business teams, collaborating across client organizations with interconnected requirements, requiring integration.
    • Perform additional functions as needed

    Requirements:

    • At least three years of experience in the field of engineering, construction, or asset/activity management and optimization.
    • Must possess analytical abilities necessary to manage complex administrative, organizational, and contract matters.
    • Must possess strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office products.
    • Must be able to prepare presentations for and brief Base leadership.
    • Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Must possess or be able to obtain/maintain Secret Clearance.
    • Must be able to pass a drug screen.
    • Must be capable of working with customers and company employees in a courteous, professional, and effective manner.
    • Must maintain a valid US driver's license.
    • Be committed to providing for and maintaining a safe working environment

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline
    • At least three years' experience working in a military environment
    • Experienced user of BUILDER and/or NexGenIT.
