Job summary
We are looking for an AV/VTC Technician to join our team. Three or more years of experience working as an AV VTC Technician is required.Responsibilities
At a minimum, 3 years of experience with troubleshooting videoconferencing, audio conferencing, and integrated A/V technologies in a large enterprise. Installing complex AV systems and integring Crestron control systems are also required.Qualifications
Familiarity with IT telecommunications equipment including related materials and specifications is necessary. Additionally knowledge of videoconferencing standards,a nd administering ITSM / Service Now network ticket queue is required.
