• Collaborate with the loan processor, loan officer, and the lender from origination to close to ensure loan closing.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as mortgage lending product and program guidelines and policies.
• Close loan files by collecting necessary documentation, reviewing loan packages, collaborate with escrow and title.
• Ensure all closing conditions are satisfied and executed according to closing instructions.
• Audit dates and compliance requirements to perfect each electronic loan file before closing.
• Keep the loan calendar up to date with active mortgage closings.

• Has the ability to work in-office, at our Eagle, ID location.
• Extremely organized with great time management, strategic file management, and strong analysis skills is preferred.
• Familiarity with loan products such as Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA; as well as knowledge of mortgage industry regulations from origination to post-closing is needed.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills are required.
• 2+ years of experience of previous real estate mortgage loan processing, lending, or closing experience is preferred, experience with banking, credit unions, or financial services funding is suitable.
• Candidates must be proficient with MS Office, lending, or title software, NMLS experience is desired.
