    Job Summary

    We're hiring motivated and high-energy Account Executives looking to accelerate their careers in B2B tech sales. This on-site sales role in Dallas, TX is perfect for driven professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and enjoy building meaningful client relationships. As a Sales Account Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline developmentall critical to driving business growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Proactively prospect and engage SMB clients through cold calling, emailing, virtual outreach, and in-person conversations.
    • Run discovery calls to understand client pain points and pitch tailored solutions that guarantee 100% uptime.
    • Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through outbound-driven pipeline generation.
    • Manage leads, opportunities, and pipeline accurately using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
    • Build trust with prospects and nurture long-term customer relationships to increase client lifetime value.
    • Provide feedback to improve internal processes and playbooks as the company scales.
    • Demonstrate leadership qualities with the potential to grow into a team lead or manager role.
