    We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Charge Registered Nurse to join our team at Swedish Edmonds. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse who wants to take on additional leadership responsibilities and make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients.



    Job Description:



    • This position will be responsible for leading the nursing staff during their assigned shifts, ensuring that patient care is provided in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.

    • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.

    • Able to provide guidance and training to new staff members, contributing to the growth and development of your colleagues.




    Required Qualifications:

    h3>National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire)>
