    Job Description

    American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) night shift position requiring a TN or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.

    Responsibilities
    Work in a Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital setting
    Assigned to the Chronic 3 unit
    Night shift schedule from 18:30 to 07:00
    13-week contract assignment
    Responsibilities include providing care to chronically and acutely ill patients in an LTAC setting
    Staff are required to use an electronic timekeeping system for clocking in and out
    Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel status
    All timekeeping, floating, and call-in policies must be followed as outlined by facility guidelines
    Certification renewals must be completed prior to assignment start date

    Requirements
    Active TN or compact RN license required at time of consideration
    Minimum of 2 years recent experience in LTAC or relevant specialty
    Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required; certifications must not expire within 30 days of start and RCIS or RQI certifications are not accepted
    No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
    Full US Social Security Number required for consideration
    Candidates must not be currently employed in any permanent position within the same health system
