    WHAT WE NEED

    We are seeking a Civil Federal Project Manager with extensive experience in managing design-bid and design-bid-build projects for federal clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various regulations and standards, including UFCs, USACE District Standards Federal Department Regulations, Multi-state regulations, multi-city, and county regulations, as well as knowledge of all military branch standards and base-specific design standards. Additionally, familiarity with ABA/ADA compliance, Anti-Terrorism Force Protection, Low Impact Development, Charrette procedures, SpecsIntact specification writing, and the ability to write Design Analysis, Design Narratives, and Proposals is required. The candidate should be willing to travel for site visits, participate in large meetings, and plan design concepts while on-site visits in other states.

    WHAT You will Do

    As a member of the Civil Team, the day-to-day responsibilities of Civil Technician will:

    · Managing design-bid and design-bid-build projects for federal clients, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget

    · Navigating complex regulatory frameworks and standards, including UFCs, USACE District Standards, Federal Department Regulations, and others

    · Ensuring ABA/ADA compliance, Anti-Terrorism Force Protection, and Low Impact Development requirements

    · Facilitating Charrette procedures and overseeing SpecIntact specification writing

    · Writing Design Analysis, Design Narratives, and Proposals as needed

    · Traveling for site visits and representing the organization in large meetings

    · Collaborating with a multi-discipline, multi-firm team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

    Education & Experience

    · Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field

    · Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred

    · Minimum of five years of experience in civil engineering project management for federal clients

    · Proficiency in project management software and tools

    · Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders

    · Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

    · Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and meet project deadlines
