Senior Project Engineer / Energy / San Jose, CA

As a Senior Project Engineer, you'll help drive energy storage system projects. This position gives you a chance to utilize your skills and passion to help shape the future of sustainable energy.

Responsibilities:

• Make sure technical project documentation is aligned across internal engineering and external parties.
• Review design deliverables to confirm requirements are met and facilitate implementation.
• Put together construction work plans.
• Work closely with Project Management team on cost, risk assessment and schedules.
• Write technical specifications and evaluate technical capabilities.
• Support Supply Chain and Procurement teams.

Experience Required:

• 5-10 years professional experience within Industrial project engineering.
• Industry experience; chemical manufacturing, oil & gas, power plants.
• Experience working with, or for, an EPC.
• Knowledge and understanding of constructions plans/specifications.
• Commissioning of process plants and/or other industrial facilities.
• Proficient with construction software tools, such as ACCE ICARUS.
• Familiar with 3D CAD, SolidWorks, AutoCAD.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Great communication, organization and leadership skills.

Qualifications:

• BS or higher in an Engineering field, ideally chemical, construction, industrial, mechanical, process or technical equivalent.
