- Support manufacturing site initiatives ranging from digital processing to thin film metal stamping to injection molding.
- Opportunity to analyze manufacturing processes to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
- Participate in process validation activities, including developing protocols, performing statistical analysis, and preparing reports.
- Potential for exposure to manufacturing ERP system through BOM and Route development and modification.
- Assist in reverse engineering activities including CT Scanning and digital modeling.
- Improve manufacturing documentation and training including support of transition to training videos in support of operational work instructions.
- Work cross functional with Quality, Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Finance.
- Additional projects and analysis as assigned.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Currently enrolled in an engineering Bachelor or Master degree program
- Prefer Experience with SolidWorks or other 3D modeling software
- Ability to work 40 hours a week beginning in June 2024, for approximately 10 weeks
- Minimum GPA 3.0
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Has interest/ability to work in a dynamic, challenging work environment
- Good time management/organization skills with the ability to multi-task
- Microsoft Suite experience preferred
