Job summary
This Residential Associate will provide services and supports for clients at Lakeview Heights SRTF to help them develop appropriate skills to increase or maintain their level of functioning.
The role involves working directly with residents to promote recovery through various activities such as mental health services, rehabilitation services, social services personal care plan activities.
- Provides residential care including 24-hour supervision monitoring activities ensuring health safety welfare.
- Assists residents in personal self-management activities eating toileting bathing hygiene grooming cleaning community access spending socialization recreation skill acquisition self-expression.
