    Description

    Job Summary: We're seeking a Registered Nurse with at least one year of experience in an acute care facility to join our team for a 13 week Rapid Response Travel contract. This position requires someone with current BLS and ACLS certifications, familiarity with medical software and equipment, and strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. The successful candidate will be able to build rapport with patients quickly, work well in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent listening and information processing abilities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records
    • Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects
    • Record patients' medical information and vital signs
    • Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
    • Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans

    Requirements:

    • A current Registered Nursing License
    • A minimum of one (1) year recent experience in an acute care facility
    • Current BLS, ACLS certification required
