Job Title: Pastry Artisan

We are seeking a skilled Pasty Artisan to join our team.

About the Role:

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per production requirements. Assists in planning to meet daily needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in baking and preparing food according to recipes and specifications. This includes utilizing approved recipes, following production standards, and using proper equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Baking products including breads, pies, cakes and pastries;
• Maintaining product quality through adhering to recipe guidelines;
• Ensuring presentation of food meets customer expectations through portion control; assist with monitoring serving temperatures; Assisting production records management for waste tracking, used/unused portions, /product shortages ; informs supervisor when supplies low.
