NVIDIA has continuously reinvented itself over two decades.

Our invention of the GPU in 1999 sparked the growth of the PC gaming market, redefined modern computer graphics, and revolutionized parallel computing.

More recently, GPU deep learning ignited modern AI — the next era of computing.

NVIDIA is a "learning machine" that constantly evolves by adapting to new opportunities that are hard to tackle, that only we can pursue, and for that matter to the world.

This is our life's work, to amplify human creativity and intelligence.

Are you interested in designing circuits for the next generation of AI chips? Join a team of dedicated engineers developing the custom SRAM circuits that help power these chips.

You will have the chance to create novel low power and high-performance circuits, and develop in-house design and verification flows for SRAM design that would be used across all NVIDIA products.

    What you'll be doing:
Leading design of best-in-class SRAM circuits using innovative technology processes.

Optimizing different RAM designs for performance, area, and power

Supervise circuit and mask designers to craft high quality and dense pitch-matched layout.

Working with a design team to prioritize verification, circuit analysis, and preparing deliverables for releases.

Collaborating with other architecture, RTL, and DFT teams to optimize design requirements.

    What we need to see:
BS/MS/PhD (or equivalent experience) in Electrical or Computer Engineering

12+ years of circuit design experience

Strong understanding of SRAM and memory design techniques and macro/block development

Experience in running and debugging various flows and methodologies, including Spice simulations, Statistical analysis, Static timing analysis, IR and EM analysis, Formal functional verification

NVIDIA is a pioneer in bringing groundbreaking technology to new markets. We have some of the most forward-thinking and hardworking people in the world working with us. If you're creative and autonomous, we want to hear from you
The base salary range is 180,000 USD - 345,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits .

NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
NVIDIA is committed to fostering a diverse work environment and proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
