- Provide strategic leadership and medical expertise for the development of oncology therapies targeting solid tumors (Phases I-III).
- Lead the clinical development strategy, including study design, execution, and interpretation of results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to drive projects forward.
- Serve as the primary medical representative, interfacing with regulatory agencies, investigators, and KOLs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines, including FDA requirements for MD sign-off on patient-related matters.
- Extensive experience in clinical development within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a focus on oncology.
- Proven track record of successfully leading clinical programs from early development through regulatory approval.
- Strong understanding of solid tumor biology and the oncology therapeutic landscape.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, fostering collaboration and communication across virtual teams.
