    Due to our extreme growth within our pediatric care, we are currently seeking Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to join our Kid SPOT Family.

    Job Summary:


    We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Brickell, Miami, and Opa Locka.

    As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities.

    Our cases include both home-based and school-based settings, so a valid public school badge is required for school cases.


    Responsibilities:
    Implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
    Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients based on treatment plans.
    Collect data on client progress and behavior.
    Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other team members to ensure consistent implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
    Attend regular team meetings and training sessions.
    Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

    Qualifications:

    RBT Certification:
    Must be a certified RBT.

    High School Diploma or Equivalent:
    Minimum educational requirement.

    Experience:
    Prior experience working with children with ASD preferred.

    Valid Public School Badge:
    Required for school-based cases.

    Flexible Schedule:
    Availability for afternoon sessions starting from 3 pm.

    Positive Attitude and Team Player:
    Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and clients.

    Sign-On Bonus:
    We currently offer a sign-on bonus of $500.00.

    Rates:
    $23-$26 (W2 contracts only)
