We are seeking an experienced C# developer with exceptional customer service skills to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in C# development and SQL Server, with a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable software solutions.
They will be responsible for gathering requirements, providing technical support, as well as developing and delivering high-quality software that meets the needs of clients.
The successful candidate should be a problem-solver, able to navigate complex project requirements and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Develop and maintain intermediate to advanced application programs from detailed specifications; fluently uses professional tools for source-code management, issue tracking, and testing.
Write documentation to provide user support for new or modified programs and production/operations procedures. Create applications or solutions to support user needs and initiatives.Install, configure, and modify applications and other systems.
Install new, modified, or third-party software releases and/or updates.
Act as technical lead for one or more software development initiatives.
Evaluate and supplement vendor supplied documentation for third party software.
Contribute to strategic planning and provide guidance and expertise on system options, risk, cost vs. serve on committees and projects.
May provide direct and/or indirect supervision to exempt and non-exempt staff (i.e., hiring/firing, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, approve time off, etc.).
Bachelor's Degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science, or related field.Eight (8) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
Four (4) years relevant technical or business work experienceWorking knowledge of two or more programming languages
Skilled in web application development using HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX
Familiar with web accessibility/WCAG AA
Versed in web security and preventing/mitigating common attack vectors listed in OWASP
Highly skilled in relational databases, SQL, and SQL Server
Repetitive hand motion (such as typing) - Continuously
