    RN or LPN Unit Manager

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN or LPN to serve as a Unit Manager in our long-term care facility. This is a full-time morning shift position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Supervise nursing staff on assigned shifts by monitoring medication distribution, blood draws, and other aspects of patient care.
    • Conduct regular nursing rounds on all units to ensure quality care.
    • Provide education to staff, residents, and resident family members as needed.
    • Assess patients' unique needs to determine appropriate treatment plans.
    • Track treatments and patient progress according to HIPAA guidelines.
    • Coordinate with supervising physicians to ensure smooth recovery processes for residents.
    • Ensure staff adhere to local, state, and federal guidelines.

    Requirements

    • Unencumbered active New Jersey RN or LPN license.
    • At least one year of experience in long-term care.
    • Prior experience managing staff is preferred.

    Benefits

    We offer a competitive salary, benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) plan, as well as tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 annually for eligible employees.

    Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year
