Job summary
We are looking for a Per Diem Aide to provide support and assistance with daily living activities for individuals in their own homes.
As a caregiver you will provide personal care and assist with household tasks meal preparation accompany clients to appointments or errands monitor document client condition vital signs incidents maintain confidentiality use EVV system ensure safe environment operate medical equipment respond promptly to client needs
