    HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN TYPICAL DUTIES (ILLUSTRATIVE, NOT INCLUSIVE):
    Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating and cooling systems for homeowners in the Twin Cities area
    Present each homeowner with a menu of custom options to provide exceptional, total home comfort
    Perform work with a strong focus on safety
    Maintain a professional image
    Stock, clean, and maintain company issued vehicle
    Perform quality walks to ensure customer satisfaction
    Miscellaneous duties as assigned


    THE IDEAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN:
    Previous HVAC service experience in residential homes is preferred
    1+ years experience as an HVAC Technician
    Must possess a valid driver's license
    Positive, "can-do" attitude
    Ability to work in an ever-changing and evolving environment
    Willingness, and ability, to learn
    Keen ability to communicate
