- College degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the restaurant, public market, or movie theater industries.

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Good public speaking skills.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, and sit use hands to handle and touch. The employee is occasionally required reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall operations of his/her assigned departments within the location. This includes providing leadership, seamless customer service and guest experiences, optimizing profitability and providing a safe and positive work environment. In this position the This position is to provide leadership through coaching and developing employees, providing guidance and communicating the Companys standards, expectations, vision and values to employees.
