    *Job Title: Human Resource Trainer.

    * *PAY RATE: $31.40/hr. on w2 (Weekly PAY)

    *Functions: * *The Training professional assists in the leadership, administration, and coordination of the plant's offline training processes to assure the organization develops and realizes the full potential of the workforce in support of the business strategic plans and the pursuit of business excellence.

    *Required (Basic) Qualifications: * *A high school diploma or GED (General Education Degree) is required.
    * *Minimum 2 years of administrative experience** *Must be proficient and experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
