Our brand is growing rapidly and we are looking for a highly organized individual that can multi-task and work across a variety of teams. The position requires a growth focused mindset, understanding of how to reach new customers, and passion for spreading the joy of plants

    Were looking for someone to coordinate our Go To Market strategy, manage our marketing planning calendar, email campaigns, and lead our new product introduction campaigns. At we have multifunctional teams managing product development, merchandising, creative, marketing, customer service and web services. The Marketing Coordinators role is to collaborate with these various teams, communicate upcoming marketing campaigns and track current performance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage our marketing calendar and campaigns (coordinating messaging on emails, promotions, on-site creatives).
    • Manage our Email marketing campaigns.
    • Tracking marketing analytics through Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
    • Own marketing plan execution tracking and quantifying success.
    • Brainstorm new marketing ideas based upon trends, holidays, new products.
    • Lead competitive reviews. New plant varieties, marketing tactics, UX, platforms, etc
    • Front end website updates including asset refreshes and new item launches.
    • Develop framework to measure baseline retention and strategy to improve it
    • Test the site user experience. (Be on the site frequently, monitoring the user journey from the perspective of a customer)
    • Manage new production introductions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite and the ability to learn and utilize internal applications; Working knowledge of Google Analytics a plus
    • Comfortable gathering and analyzing data (especially numbers)
    • Attention to detail is essential
    • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information sensitively and securely
    • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
    • Superior time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively
    • A positive, can-do attitude and desire to jump in and master a diverse set of tasks
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Successfully able to build and maintain strong cross-team relationships
    • Are passionate about working with a team that believes in what they do

    The expected hourly range for this position is $24.04/hour - $26.44/hour. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
