- Provide outstanding hospitality to guests and colleagues following our RESPECT service system
- Follow beverage recipes accurately and have a deep understanding of all offerings and prices
- Deliver timely and efficient bar service to guests and servers during the cruise
- Set up and clean the bar area, restock following specifications, and ensure thorough cleaning according to procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the bar and common areas, clean equipment and work areas meticulously
- Ensure accurate billing for onboard purchases, process orders in the point of sale system, handle payments
- Offer information to guests about menus, entertainment options, cruise route, and points of interest
- Arrive promptly for scheduled shifts
- Adhere to uniform and grooming standards
- Complete any other tasks as directed by the manager or supervisor
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) is mandatory
- Minimum of one year of previous bartending experience is required
- Positive and enthusiastic personality is a must
- Effective communication skills for interactions with guests and coworkers
- Thorough knowledge of beverage recipes is essential
- Basic computer proficiency
- Service-oriented mindset, always seeking ways to assist others
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- Responsible for bar transactions, must handle cash correctly
- Availability to work on holidays is necessary
- Compliance with state age requirements
