The Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing all financial operations within the company. They play a critical role in strategic planning, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities include:

-Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
Manage the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to senior management.
-Provide financial analysis and insight on business performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
-Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's Degree required.
-7+Years experience within Energy Industry
-Management experience required.
-Experience with ESCO and Commodities required.
