- Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program
- 7+ years of relevant experience in real estate law and strong understanding of corporate law
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to work "hands-on"
- Possesses legal technical skills and knowledge of software systems such as; Acrobat, Pro DC, Smart Sheet, and Intapp Time
