- Interview loan applicants and gather necessary information
- Analyze financial status and creditworthiness of applicants
- Put together loan packages and negotiate terms with applicants
- Develop and implement marketing plans specific to the territory
- Train company salespeople on finance-related marketing programs
- Attend sales meetings to provide updates on progress
- Respond to customer inquiries on credit lines
- Review customer marketing plans and market changes
- Handle delinquent accounts and collections
- Recommend legal actions against debtors when necessary
- Support company goals through collaboration efforts
- Maintain company vehicle and adhere to safety policies
- Perform any other duties as needed
- Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
- Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in computer skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours when needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Participation in required training programs
