- 84 years old
- with sigmoid colon resection, colostomy, diverticulitis, colovesicular fistula, and glaucoma

Needs Help with:

can provide Colostomy care
- bathing
- dressing
- toileting
- transferring
- active/passive exercises
- assistance with medical equipment
- routine health monitoring
- specific household tasks to maintain environmental safety for the patient

Schedule/Hours:
- 3 hours, 5x a week in the morning Mon to Fri
