    We are seeking a highly skilled Telematics Market Strategy Product Manager to join our dynamic Enterprise Telematics team.

    As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our telematics products, ensuring technical excellence, and driving innovation in the commercial insurance space.

    Actively engages with stakeholders including Business Units, Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, IT and external Commercial Insurance organizations.

    Candidate should have strong product management experience with deep technical understanding, customer empathy, strong execution capability, and a track record of building strong business partnerships and delivering impactful value.

    The person for this position will work from our downtown Cincinnati, Ohio corporate offices which offers a hybrid work from home opportunity.

    If not in the Cincinnati metro area, full time work from home is available. A willingness to travel, including overnight travel as needed, is required.
    Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
    Interacts with relevant departments such as IT, Claims, Underwriting, Business Development and Marketing, and provides guidance in telematics product delivery and execution

    Develops and executes product strategies and value-driven roadmaps.

    Actively engages with internal and external sources to understand market needs, customer feedback, and industry trends.

    Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align product goals with business objectives.

    Monitors market opportunity and technology vision to develop and deliver iterative value including new product development and GTM

    plans.

    Gathers and analyzes data from various sources specific to telematics products.

    Monitors product performance through KPI's and other success metrics.


    Develops and executes action plans and strategic direction for functional areas and maintains alignment with other product managers to ensure successful development of entire product line.

    Conducts competitor coverage analysis and makes recommendations for advancing strategies.

    Develops action plans and communicates changes when appropriate.

    Provides technical advice, assistance and training to lower-level positions, management, and other functional areas.

    May have accountability for ensuring that the unit meets budget and performance objectives.

    Performs other duties as assigned.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Insurance industry experience preferred

    High sense of accountability and strong project management skills

    Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to influence across the organization

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Telematics experience is a plus

    Job Requirements

    Education:
    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

    Field of Study:
    Information Technology, Business or a related discipline.

    Experience:
    Generally, 5 or more years of related experience.

    Business Data and Analytics
