We are looking for an Operations Manager

This person coordinates the daily installation process by organizing the schedule, assigning crews, and supervising the load-out process. Special attention must be given to maintaining acceptable installation standards.

The Operations Manager coordinates the daily installation process by organizing the schedule, assigning crews, and supervising the load-out process. Special attention must be given to maintaining acceptable installation standards.

Responsibilities (include, but not limited to the following)

· Schedule daily installations

· Identify and cultivate quality flooring installation contractors

· Review and approve installer payroll

· Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations

· Ensure compliance with OSHA standards regarding forklift operation and warehouse working conditions

· Assist with annual budgeting process

· Assist with quarterly physical inventory counts

· Assist with various tasks as requested by supervisor or the corporate staff

Qualifications

· 1+ years of management experience

· Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

· Resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills

· Sense of urgency

· Strong multi-tasking skills

· High school diploma
