WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Part time positions available
Ability to work flexible days and hours, including mornings and weekends.
A positive, friendly, professional, and personable demeanor with strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

COMPENSATION

Earn between $15 to $22 per hour
Base Pay
Wax Pass Commission
Product Commission

THE DAY-TO-DAY

Assisting guests in the check in and check out process
Answering guest calls and text messages
Managing reservations (booking, rescheduling, canceling, etc.) in person and over the phone
Helping guests with any questions they may have and escalating to management when needed
Educating guests on our wax passes, rewards, and promotions
Completing downtime tasks to keep our center organized and clean
Completing opening, shift change, and closing tasks
