Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounting Manager Bookkeeper to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

Ø Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles

Ø Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department

Ø Month and end-year process

Ø accounts payable/receivable

Ø cash receipts

Ø general ledger

Ø payroll and utilities

Ø treasury, budgeting

Ø cash forecasting

Ø revenue and expenditure variance analysis

Ø capital assets reconciliations

Ø trust account statement reconciliations

Ø check runs

Ø fixed asset activity

Ø debt activity

Ø Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles

Ø Coordinate and complete annual audits

Ø Provide recommendations

Ø Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

Ø Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy

Ø Meet financial accounting objectives

Ø Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

Qualifications:

​​​​​Ø Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager

Ø Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases

Ø Ability to manipulate large amounts of data

Ø Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulation

Ø High attention to detail and accuracy

Ø Ability to direct and supervise

Ø Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
