- Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines to ensure continuous operation
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues promptly
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to implement improvements and upgrades
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Conduct routine inspections to proactively address potential issues
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
- Experience with CNC machines and CNC machine maintenance is a plus
