In this role, you will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work.

As a manufacturing professional, you have strong mechanical aptitude and deliver high value to your team by operating equipment at expected performance levels, and acting as a team player to exceed safety, productivity and quality goals.

Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States

• Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills
• Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
• Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)
• Provide equipment updates/machine status information. Understand key cost concepts (grade cost, machine hour cost, raw material cost) and cost drivers (uptime, first pass yield, final yield/reclaim, labor cost, maintenance cost, operating supplies, etc.).

*A minimum of 3 consecutive years' experience in maintenance (preferably in Electrical/Electronics) supporting a manufacturing/industrial operation.
*A two-year technical degree (preferably Electrical/Electronics) or substantial progress towards completion with a requirement of obtaining to advance within maintenance.
