    Description

    Our client is in search of a seasoned commercial real estate paralegal to enrich the expanding Phoenix Real Estate Practice Group.

    *Responsibilities:
    • Lead and oversee commercial real estate transactions across various scales from initiation to completion.
    • Evaluate and scrutinize title commitments, title exception documents, and surveys; draft correspondences for title objections.
    • Create, revise, and evaluate easements, declarations of covenants, conditions, and restrictions, license agreements, as well as various agreements and amendments.
    • Compile and organize closing documents along with crafting closing instruction letters.
    • Maintain regular communication with clients and opposing counsel.
    • Undertake general real estate duties.
    *Qualifications:
    • Possess a minimum of 3 years of intricate real estate experience, dealing with substantial transactions for institutional clients.
    • Proficiency in commercial development, acquisition, and disposition.
    • Preferably, possess experience in commercial leasing and lending.
    • A Bachelor's Degree is desirable.
    • Display exceptional time management and organizational skills, demonstrate the ability to work autonomously with self-motivation, and exhibit adeptness in prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines within a dynamic environment.
    • Possess exemplary client-facing verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Exhibit strong collaborative and team-building proficiencies.

    Pay:
    $65, $130,000.00 per year
