Teleonce is seeking a Digital News Producer responsible for overseeing the creation, production, and distribution of digital news content. This individual will collaborate closely with the Digital Content Manager to develop and implement content strategies based on audience metrics, trends, and social listening tools. The role also involves editorial and creative development, story coverage, and managing digital broadcasts.

This role is key to driving audience growth and engagement across digital platforms in a dynamic, 360-degree news environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the production and distribution of digital news content across multiple platforms.
• Work in partnership with the Digital Content Manager to define and execute digital content and publishing strategies.
• Use analytics tools and social listening to monitor audience trends and optimize content performance.
• Identify alternative story angles and produce engaging, audience-focused content.
• Oversee digital editorial planning and execution for breaking news, feature stories, and live digital coverage.
• Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of digital content in line with brand guidelines and audience expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital news production or a related media role.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient Wordpress, SEO, Live clipping, Google (Search, Docs, Sheets) and in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Advanced knowledge of newsroom tools such as INews, JW Player, and Canva.
