AP is seeking to expand our transportation engineering services into the Central Oregon market by hiring a senior transportation civil engineer to lead our transporation efforts in the Central Oregon area.
In this role, you will work directly with senior firm leadership to develop and implement strategies to develop client relationships and transportation-related opportunities in the Central Oregon area.
You will work directly with clients to successfully deliver a variety of transportation projects.AP offers transportation engineering services to DOTs and other local public agencies including roadways, streets, sidewalks, pedestrian facilities, and small bridges and culverts.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of multiple projects including funding, scope, fee and contract development; project planning; project permitting; cost estimating, pre-design work, design, specifications, and bidding document preparation; construction support, and project closeout.
You will be responsible for working with senior firm management to develop project opportunities, assisting our marketing team with developing proposals, making project assignments, and overseeing internal staff and various subconsultants.
As workload increases, you will participate in hiring, training, developing, and overseeing staff and project managers for the Central Oregon area.
Requirements
Be Registered Professional Engineers (PE)
Ability to obtain Oregon / Washington license within 1 year of employment.
8+ years of transportation engineering expereince
