    Description

    Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst to support our client in the Greater Atlanta Region in the healthcare distribution industry. This position has the exciting opportunity to lead IT projects from conception to completion and work side by side with organizational leaders. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

    Requirements:

    3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst OR similar title

    Knowledge of ERP systems

    SQL experience

    Hands-on experience with Salesforce (adjusting workflows, setting up end users, etc)

    Excellent organizational and documentation skills

    Excellent written and verbal communication

    Desired:

    Experience with Epicor P21

    Industry experience in Logistics or Distribution

    Responsibilities:

    Gather, document, and validate the business requirements and specifications of the system

    Create and maintain business process models, use cases, user requirements, and user documentation of the system

    Communicate and collaborate with the business stakeholders, technical team, vendors, and other parties involved in the project

    Conduct testing, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and training of the system

    Provide support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the system after implementation

    Lead IT projects by creating plan proposals, timelines, and budget/personnel requirements for leadership and related departments

    Provide detailed documentation and training of hardware and software changes, upgrades, and purchases

    Document/Maintain IT procedures for current inventory of applications, contracts, budget, vendors, and user accounts/set-up

    Support current integrations for error handling and seamless execution and acquisition activities

    Clean, analyze, and prep data for system mass-uploads to ensure accuracy and configured properly to meet outcomes

    Provide support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the system after implementation
